Pay Oren was founded in 2024 and is operated by Osmosia Venture LLC, a company incorporated in the United States.

Why we built this

Rapid growth creates operational complexity around payments. Merchants scaling quickly often find themselves managing Stripe accounts, reconciling payouts, and troubleshooting checkout issues at the same time they're trying to run their business.

We built Pay Oren to centralise that complexity. Rather than each merchant managing a direct payment integration from scratch, our platform handles the payment infrastructure — so merchants get a working, compliant checkout without the overhead, and can focus on their store and their customers.

How it works

Merchants connect to the platform, complete a short Stripe Express onboarding, and replace their default Shopify checkout with our custom payment flow. Payments are processed through Stripe Connect — funds go directly to each merchant's linked bank account on Stripe's standard payout schedule. We take a small platform fee per transaction; there are no monthly costs or setup fees.

Completed orders are automatically synced back to Shopify, so fulfilment, inventory, and customer records stay exactly where your team already works.

Our commitment to compliance

We operate as a Stripe Connect platform and take our obligations seriously. All merchants complete Stripe's standard Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing live payments. We enforce Stripe's Acceptable Use Policy across all connected accounts and maintain procedures to monitor for fraud, chargebacks, and prohibited activity.

We do not process payments for prohibited business types and we cooperate fully with Stripe and relevant authorities in any compliance or fraud investigation.
